Hello. I'm very new to the forum. For DJ purposes, I purchased a new 13" Pro in 2014 (2012 body) & it's starting to show it's age, even though it was a small beast lol (i7 2.9 GHz 2TB) I usually have larger internal hard drives. I'm refraining from shelling out 4K+ for a new 16" pro with a 4TB HD. I was wondering, am I able to upgrade the SSD on any 2015 15" Pro? I'm confused, is it only non-Retina models that can be upgraded? Can Retina models be upgraded also? I've watched a few videos of the upgrade. It appeared the SSD was different shapes & sizes in some videos. I definitely would go with 2TB, but would the 4TB SSD work well? Trying to do my homework ahead of time. Thank You in advance for any & all help

Welcome to our forums.

The best place to check for upgrades and whether it's possible to upgrade your SSD is OWC (Mac Sales).

You didn't specify the exact model number so it might be best to enter that to their upgrade information.
