App for putting iPad to sleep?

Is there an app to put my apple to sleep/turn off? So, I fall asleep to Netflix often and I hate the feeling of waking up to a bright screen. One solution is to watch one episode and call it a night, but I know that's not going to be case on most occasions. Is there a way to have my iPad shut down while running Netflix after like 1-2 hrs?

Hi Alex...... - just to understand your needs, I'm assuming that you want an app that will shut down your audio and/or video and allow your iPad to go into sleep mode - correct? If so, I was using a great app called Yocto Clock on my iPad Air 2, in which I could set the 'sleep mode' for 2 hours and also an 'alarm' for the next morning - worked great but w/ iOS 9.x was no longer compatible.

Now, I'm not sure 'what' iOS you have installed (can be important as in my statement above), so let us know - first, have you looked at the clock app which comes w/ iOS? If so and still not happy - have you searched the App Store (using 'sleep timer' or 'alarm') for a solution? Let us know if you find a good solution for you - Dave

Currently there is no App or option to shut down the iPad automatically after running it for 1 or 2 hours. You can put iPad into sleep mode manually by going to settings > General > Autolock to set the interval or press the "Sleep/Wake" button along the top edge of the iPad to the device in sleep mode and press the same button to wakeup
