Apple mail no longer updating

My wife's iPod SE2 has stopped receiving emails, likewise her iPad. She has received a message on her iPad Mini 4 (iOS 15.8.3) asking her to accept new T&Cs. Clicking Continue doesn’t work. I think both problems may relate to the UK Government forcing Apple to reduce encryption security!!

Absolutely not - your problem with Mail has nothing to do with Apple having to remove ADP.

When you say Continue doesn't work, that's after accepting the new T&Cs?.

There is absolutely no connection between ADP and the failure to receive emails; as stated above.
