Not sure if any of you guys ever saw one of these...but apparently a company called "Hannspree" around 2005 produced this Apple-Shaped TV:

Then around 2011 Hannspree came out with a version 2 of this Apple shaped TV:

Imagine using an Apple TV...with one of these Apple TV's. Lol

I've never seen this before, but I was the owner of a real Macintosh TV all-in-one desktop computer.

In the top photo showing the "closed apple" the hinges look like ears. That tells me that Jonathan Ivie had no part in its design.

I also had a Hannspree monitor for many years.

It is not an Apple product, and doesn't even look like the Apple logo, with the bite taken out of it.

Those Hannspree TVs are pure 2000s kitsch! Love it. Definitely wouldn’t fit in with most modern setups these days, but for a retro gaming room or something it would be perfect.

True about the "byte". I should have included the winky guy in my previous post.

Speaking of retro, I wonder if anyone still uses those old-school door handles with the big metal knobs. I'm trying to find the standard door handle dimensions for a restoration project. :)
