Apple TV on Browser no sidebar, no Library, no way to rent movies????????

On any Browser accessing Apple TV+, logging in I get no side bar so I can not rent movies.

The sidebar should be visible so I can see my Library.

The sidebar is missing????????

I also get no sidebar on FireTV streaming devices when I stream. If I want to rent a movie it says I have to do it on the Web site.

I am trying to rent The Conclave, no way to rent movie with Apple TV+.

Why would you use a web browser when you can just use the app? It's even available on Windows and Android.

I can only get the sidebar on firestick when I first manually search from homescreen "apple tv"
then select apple tv +, and the sidebar is there then. but not when I open the app. stupid
