deleting TomTom My-Drive Connect

Hi, I have been trying to delete my TomTom My-Drive connect by moving it to the trash bin but I then get a pop-up message saying :- The item “TomTom MyDrive Connect” can’t be moved to the Trash because it’s open, ( I don't have it open ) any help would be appreciated.

as I said it wouldn't let me drag and drop it into the trash bin but following your advise I went to File at the top like you said and it sent it to the trash bin without any problems, still not sure why it worked ok one way but not the other, I have now downloaded it again and my problem with the blank screen has gone and now it is working perfectly again.
