Dialogue box shows 'Kav_agent quit unexpectedly.'

This dialogue box shows up every time on startup. It gives a choice of OK and Reopen.

Is this a necessary thing, or can I do something to stop this?

I am running Monterey 12.4 and it seemed to show up when I downloaded it.

I did a quick search and I bet you have one of the Kaspersky Antivirus tools installed? Normally, I would suggest using one of their removal tools but apparently that doesn't seem to always get everything.
