Error -2003f/-2006f HELP!!!

So I have tried internet recovery (command &r) and just shows apple.com/support -2003f or 2006f . Tried command/option/r/p and get the startup tone but that's it... Shows the same message... I think guy before me tried to wipe clean of previous user and maybe wiped TOO much? Idk I don't have installer disk... Nor very much apple experience... Please help!!

Do you have any idea what Mac this is and what version of the operating system is on it? Some versions of the OS are old enough that those commands don't work. If that's the case you would need an isntaller disk.

So where would I get a installer disk?? I'm sorry I'm new to this stuff...

We really need to know which Mac is involved. Some versions of the OS does not run on some hardware,

Okay, that model went from late 2013 to early 2015 and it should have Internet Recovery. Start here, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201314, and look for the section on "How to reinstall OS X".
