I can't expand the FaceTime window left and right. "Enter Full Screen" under the Video Menu is grayed out. (so is Use Landscape) The green button only expands the window to full height. Dragging the right or left edge does not increase the width. Instead, it will allow changing to full height, but a fixed (rather narrow) width. That allows me to go down to a minimum height and width, or up to the full height with about the same proportion of width as the minimum window size.
I don't see anything in Preferences that addresses Full Screen mode. My audio and video is through a Logitech HD Webcam C525, on a Mac Mini and HannSpree monitor. If there are preferences for the webcam, I don't know how to access them.
Any suggestions?
I'm trying to set up FaceTime because I made the mistake of upgrading Skype, only to find that it has been taken over by MicroSoft. I went through their registration, and found that my Contacts were wiped out. Someone tried to reach me through Skype (while we both were using FaceTime) and it didn't "ring" on my end.
My preference is to use Full Screen mode (and this is the only time I do that!). If FaceTime won't, then I need to restore my Skype Contacts, which appears be simple. But what does Darth Vader have in store???
