I am using a 24" iMac with Big Sur. I have a problem printing letters on my Canon TS 8352. I use A4 paper but when I want to print a letter the printer tell me that it will be Letter size, which I assume is a USA size and the printer will not print my letter. How can I change the from Letter size to A4. I am using MS Word version 16.54

Go to System Preferences, then Printers & Scanners. Pick your printer, then select the default paper size at the bottom.

Thank you for your prompt response. When I went to Printers & Scanners I found that A4 was already the default. However, in travelling around the Word app I found that I could set the page size by going to Word > File > Page Setup > Page Attributes. I think that we have both learned something.

Here's an Apple macOS User Guide about some extra printing details including what you have already discovered:

Thanks for that.
