Is there a way to make a hyperlink which opens my finder window and takes me directly to that file link (instead of opening a browser window to a website)?

For example, if I want to remind myself to "listen to MP3" and I know the path for that file is "Users/danceninjas/Downloads/Banish-Fear-of-Judgement.mp3", is there a way to set up a clickable link to automatically open to that file in the finder window?

The clickable link needs to work in gmail on chrome (although it would be awesome if it would work anywhere assuming I'm clicking the link while on my computer which has the file).

Maybe there is a URL protocol that automatically opens the finder?

I'd also be happy with the link directly opening the file within the default app for that file but I imagine that would be more complex to set up.

Why I Want This:

I send myself emails (in gmail) that remind me to do things and within those todos I use hyperlinks to direct myself to the website that has to do with the todo. I'm sure this is totally normal, but just for clarity:

For example:

add google analytics to woocommerce plugin to my website

Sometimes my todo has to do with a file on my computer (instead of a website), so I'd like to just click a link and have that file show up in my finder.

Thanks for the help!!!
