I have just installed Catalina. Query re "master.passwd.system_default" file

I have just installed Catalina and a folder named 'Relocated Items' has appeared on the Desktop. This contains a folder named 'Configuration' which contains another folder named' private', which contains another folder named 'etc'. The 'etc' folder contains an item called "master.passwd.system_default" What do I do with this? Do I relocate it and if so where to or is it surplus to requirements and therefore should I delete it? Thank you.
