IMessages on MacBook Pro not syncing with ICloud

The IMessage App on my MacBook Pro, Big Sur, 11.7 is not syncing to the cloud. I've searched how to do that from my Mac and the info I read does not work. I tried to sign out of IMessages on my Mac but there is no way to sign out that I could find. I thought if I could sign out and sign back in with my Apple ID it would fix it. There is 'quit' but no sign out. IMessages does not appear in ICloud. Any help will be appreciated.

Try this:

System Settings/Preferences > Click on your name which is your Apple ID > iCloud > you may need to Click on "Show All".

Then all things that are/are not synced to iCloud are shown. If it doesn't show up there:

On your Mac Open Messages > Preferences > and Click on iMessages and tick the box "Enable Messages in iCloud".

Te latter is probably the better option depending on yourmacOS.

I've done all that. I've attached two screen shots that is on my ICloud after I synced on my Mac. Messages do not show up anywhere. I enabled the messages apps on my IPhone and IPad also so even those do not show up.
