Good day everybody,
I'm looking to get a little more insight on an issue a friend of mine is having. She has an iMac late 2009 running High Sierra and is having issues getting InDesign CS4 version 6 to open properly.
When the app is opened, none of the words and panels are viewable, I've attached a screenshot below.
I've done a little digging into the issue and have read there were some known issues getting InDesign CS4 to work with High Sierra, but the issues I've read don't seem to match up with what she is experiencing. To my understanding anyway.
I've installed java, and java for MacOS 2017-001 as suggested in a forum I'd read but it didn't seem to be the remedy. I checked console to see if it logged any errors during the app opening and found this error stood out to me: error 13:03:38.528686 -0300 WindowServer [ERROR] - Unknown CGXDisplayDevice: 0x41dc9d00
I've attached a snippet of the entries console logged after opening InDesign:
Thanks in advance!
