IOMeter or NAS Perf Tester for Mac?

When I was on a PC home network, there were many network monitoring/testing tools like IOMeter And Intel NAS Perf tester. But I've been unable to find a network testing tool for the Mac.

Does anyone know of one?

Yeah, I know about that one; that's simple ping, traceroute, etc. I'm looking for a network utility that will test file creation/read/deletion over my network (ReadyNAS NV+).

IOMeter's was great for that on a PC, giving me read/write access stats for my network. That's the kind of tool I'm looking for.

I got HELIOS and it works fine. Now I can do benchmarks using various wireless protocols on my ReadyNAS NV+ (CIFS, APF, NETBIOS) and see which is faster.

The IOMeter for Mac seems to need something more to run it, and I've had a very difficult time finding out what that program is, and how much is costs. The PC version is self-contained and just works. The Mac one, not even remotely so.
