What kind of cassette player adapter that you guys recommend? Or any device that can output the sound of the iphone to my toyota camry default sound system?
I tried several cassette player adapter from target and bestbuy, and I was not very satisfy because both of them gave me a minor, but noticeable screechy sound.

FM tuner doesn't work where I live (Los Angeles), it is too many frequencies around here.

Thanks.

I used to uce a casste tape adapter with my Ipod and it worked quite well. If you cant use an FM transmitter the only thing you can do is use an AUX In feature which your car sterio may or may not have. if you have one then great, all you do is have to plug a normal audio cable into it from your iphone. if you dont have one then you would need a new one.

Have you tried a casette with music to see if it is a problem with your player and not the adapters?
Casettes are an inferior technology. Maybe that garble you're hearing is due the nature of the beast. I know you said you've tried new adapters but they do use the same 3" of tape over and over again. Those should go bad fast.
