Yes it's possible. You can probably run it easy enough by using the free WINE, or the paid version of Crossover.

Or, you can run it in a Windows virtual machine but that requires VM software and a legal copy of Windows. VirtualBox from Oracle is free.

Having said all the above, why in the world would you want to run Lotus Organizer when the iCal program which is preinstalled works so much better?

Thank you for the advice. I will explore the options you suggest. I Cal is fine but I have a fondness for LO which I used for years prior to my Apple days.
