I have tried to removed the beedy eyed robot icon but I only get a swirling rainbow of colors. So it will not let me tap on it to remove it. I think I need to install Mac Keeper again (heaven forbid please) and activate the whole thing... removed the icon first then the program. I have looked for other items it may have installed but my Mac Book Pro is a bit sluggish. I've go maxed ram and the largest HD they offered a year ago.

Thanks for any advice.

One of the first things to do when in a situation like this is visit the developer's website:

https://mackeeper.com/uninstall_mackeeper

After doing this…remember to do a fresh reboot of the computer.

Thanks Nick! I worked like a charm. There was one little hold out and the reboot did the trick! I so appreciate your help!

Good deal.:) Many times a reboot is necessary after an app uninstall to insure all the uninstall actions take full effect.
