Are the lines always there? Or are they only there at startup? Or other times? What other specs of your MBP?

OS X ?.?
hdd or ssd?
Free and used space?

I would suggest an appointment at the Apple Store. There is a recall on MBP of that model with video problems current until December 31, 2016:-

That recall is for 15" or 17", not 13", which it looks like this one is.
