So my memory module A1 heats up really fast that I have to keep the fan speed ~5000 to ~6000 to keep it around ~50.. It would quickly rises up to 60~70 when I turn down the fan speed to ~3000...

And 1 more thing... why would my mac overheat (from smcfan) with just video chatting on skype or facetime? Is that normal???

Heres my stat

Just a bit of advice, as I see nothing to indicate an abnormality here... turn off iStat and uninstall SMCFanControl. This is not an overclocked gaming rig. There is no need to obsess over the temperatures as though it is. These machines are designed to run warm, particularly when under load. The fans are thermostatically controlled, there is no need to set them manually. When you do so, you not only shorten the service life of the fans, you're second guessing the engineers who designed your machine.

In short, use it and don't worry about it. If it were "overheating" as you say, it would shut down to prevent damage to itself.
