macOS 15.3.1 Sequoia dictation formatting commands not working

Is anyone else using Apple's Dictation in macOS 15.x and having problems getting some dictation formatting commands to work?

Several voice commands do not work or do anything such as
- new line
- new paragraph

I have checked several web pages for possible causes, and everything seems to be in order as far as all my settings are concerned.

I'm just wondering if something got left out of the latest OS updates or something.
