Seems pretty bog standard disclosure agreement to me, now if Google wanted to access my macOS account that would be a consideration for me.
If you use the Apple Mail app and want to sync things like calendars and reminders and delete mail from the Google servers you pretty much have to agree to this.
Alternatively you can just use the Google mail app and or access your email online directly.
If you use Google services a lot you will be limiting what you can do with those services on your Mac if you don't agree.

Thanks for that info, think understand now, my google apps like gmail, calendar, l do from browser, but Apple's reminders is real useful, and has taken dominance for to do things. l dont user the Apple Mail app, so guess just ignore it right?
