I deleted "other volumes" with "view all" options, and now my internal ssd is not displayed

Hi! I recently wanted to format my old MacBook air, and reinstall OS sierra. During recovery mode, in disk utility, I saw that after formatting Macintosh HD, there were like 40gb in use, by "other volumes". I thought that they were other users profile (I had 3 users active in the macbook) so I wanted to delete those as well. Using "view all" options, I just formatted the other volumes container. The thing is that after this, internal ssd is no longer displayed in disk utility. The "view all" option is no longer available. "Diskutil list" command in terminal doesn't show the ssd neither. I did a SMC and NVRAM reset and nothing changed. The ssd is ok, is not a hardware wise problem. Any thoughts? I'll leave a pic of the only thing i see when I open disk utility

You went too far in your zeal to clean up stuff and now have nothing on the drive. You can try an Internet Recovery to see if you can get it back to a bootable condition. Start here: How to reinstall macOS

There are other links in that first article to find more details for your system. At the worst, you may have to install what came with the machine when it was new, then upgrade to Sierra again through the Mac App Store.

I know, I messed it up, big time :[
I'll try to see what comes up with internet recovery option.
Reinstall macOS won't be any useful, since the step in which you need to select the drive to install the OS, won't bring any options.

It should. You will boot into a Recovery Panel, with Disk Utility as one option. From there you can select the hardware of the drive to start, then work to the formatting and installation from there. Unless the drive has failed physically, it should be detected.

I have tried that, all the tutorials require me to go to disk utility, then click the "View" button, which I don't have (as you might notice from the attached pictures).

You tried the Internet Recovery? And it failed?

All the screen pics I took, are from internet recovery mode. I am connected successfully to my WiFi network. The thing is, Disk Utility doesn't bring up the most common UI wich we are familiar with. Instead it brings up this other "lite"? version. So all the options involving "Click the View all option" are impossible for me t follow.

It's not "lite" but it is "original" to the first OS on that machine when it was manufactured. Have you tried selecting disk0, then "Erase" or "Partition?"

I added a screen pic of what I see when I click disk0 and then "partition" tab. I can't click on anything.

So I rebooted and tried a different key combination and now I think I am correctly running internet recovery mode. I am able to see the usual "Disk Utility" UI, and I have the "View all" option available. But still, I can't see the SSD. Maybe I softbricked the SSD?

It sounds like the internal SSD has failed. Even badly formatted, the hardware should show up in Disk Utility. If NOTHING is showing up, the most likely scenario is that the hardware failed.
