One note misplaced sections

There are misplaced sections in my one note app on the iPad. These misplaced sections don't show up on one note on my iMac.
I've tried deleting the cache file but no luck. How do I get rid of this on the iPad? I can't move the pages to another notebook either. That option is greyed out.
