Your Mac's Specs
MacBook Air (early 2015) MacOS Catalina (December 14/19). Updated to macOS Monterey 12.6.1 (November
Installed new Canon Pixma MX922 which replaced the previous/identical model as the paper feeder had become unrepairable.

Installed and setup this new printer exactly as I had the previous version which had performed extremely efficiently on ALL our devices!

Now, the printer works great on my iPhone 13 Pro, my wife's iPad but continue to receive "Printer not responding" when accessing my wife's HP630 Windows 7 laptop and my MacBook Air (2015) with MacOS Monterey.

Any and all input re resolution of this issue will be greatly appreciated.

You might want to re-install the drivers on the Windows and Mac machines to see if that fixes anything. The iPhone and iPad are likely using AirPrint which is different.

It may also be worth ensuring, they old drive is removed (disassociated) as although the new model is the same, it may have different codes.

Try resetting the printer, at least on the Mac, but I would imagine the Windows machine has a similar option somewhere available:

Reset the printing system on your Mac to solve a problem

You may want to completely delete all previous older drivers manually if the Printer Reset doesn't do so properly,.

PS: that's a bummer about the paper feed failing on your Canon MX922, especially considering we are using the same printer.
For what it's worth, I ended up adding a Bonjour printer setup as well as a network wireless driver so that I have access to printing scanning and the printer utility features from within the two printer icons I keep in my Dock. A single driver won't include all the additional optional features (Printer Utilities, Ink Level and scanning) that I like to have available, and it works very well with all our Max and iDevices. Using Mac OS El Capitan v. 10.11.6.

That's my usual way of handling this. It is very quick on a Mac. I don't know about Windows.

That resets everything. If you have more than one printer just delete it and add it back.
