Red light on Power adapter

Recently when I plug in my Macbook to charge it, the power adapter's LED light glows red intead of green. Usually red means bad, right? And the battery charge indicater on the bottom is lit up completely, but the top LED is blinking. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? It still charges the macbook.

yeps, your MacBook is charging.
When your battery is fully charged, the LED will turn green, and the battery LED will stop blinking.
