Is anyone experiencing slow downs in Safari 15.3 to the point that web pages are slow to load and sometimes large areas of the webpage is missing. I have had to start using Google Chrome as it is a big problem for me.

No. That's not much good to you though :) ;)

May I ask: do you use any Ad Blockers and if so, which? Some of these can be quite aggressive. And/or do you regularly use a VPN?

I presume you've already done the usual: complete shutdown of Mac, wait a couple of minutes, then Reboot (as opposed to a restart)?

Yes I use a VPN (Express) which is on all the time. Apart from what's built in to Safari I have no other Ad Blockers

Is the issue with all websites or specific websites? What happens when you restart SafarI? How many tabs do you normally keep open? What does Activity Monitor tell you about your CPU/Memory usage?

Does it happen after Mac restart? Does Chrome never present any issues with the same websites? Over the same period of time? With the same number of tabs?

Need lots more info to provide guidance (we aren't there watching things, so we have no clue)

I cleared my cache and restarted the Mac and now it seems to be acting normal again. As I don't use Chrome much the cache there was much smaller so that is why it loaded faster.
Thanks for the feedback IWT and Raz0rEdge

Yep, I'm having the same problem with Safari on my M1 Mac Mini but my wife's M1 MacBook Pro has no problems. I keep mine up to date whereas she doesn't, maybe there is a moral in there somewhere.
