Shortcut for Move to and Rename in Preview?

I do a great deal of renaming and moving PDF files. Are there any keyboard shortcuts for these commands, or are there ways to set them?

Also, is there any way to change the default save to folder in Preview? Or is the default "save to" folder global?

Solved, figured out how to do this using system preferences.
