Sidebar in Photos not displaying on M1 MacBook Air

OS 12.3 and I just updated to 12.3.1
Starting on 12.3 a few weeks ago the sidebar disappeared when using Apple Photos on my M1 MacBook Air. The only option I can find is to "Always display toolbar and sidebar when in fullscreen". Yes, the sidebar does appear when in full screen. Anything less than full screen the sidebar is gone.

Any thoughts on getting it do display?

FIXED
I had the window sized too small. When I made the window larger POP the sidebar reappeared.
