Looked at the link, and not heard of this before, would you mind filling me in?

It is a program that lets you use your scanner on the Mac even if there are no drivers. It costs either $29 or $69 (can't remember exact numbers here) depending on whether you want a limited time for upgrades or unlimited. It basically allowed me to continue using my Xerox Documate 510 scanner with my new Mac even tho there are no Mac drivers. The program seems very complete and definitely does more than I'll ever need. it is significantly better even than the crummy software that the scanner shipped with.

Hmmm, googling away :)
I know this is a long shot, but have you found any way to get a list of scanners does/doesn't work with?

I'm almost positive the web site (see link in my first post) does that for you because I wanted to make sure my Xerox would work with it. I recall that the list is very long. If you need help finding the list, let me know and I'll look for it.

Here is the link to supported scanners:

yep.... quite a list!
I can see that this is going to take time for me to digest :)
I'm not the OP, and have no driver problems, but I do like to know all that I can if not for myself, but to assist others in a pleasurable Mac experience...
LOL, Apple should be paying me!
Thanks for the link :)
