How do I disable this?

It randomly stars and my fans go absolutely haywire. I could have NOTHING running and my fans are pegged at 6000rpm.. I pull up activity monitor and "Speech Synthesis Server" is using 120% of my CPU power..

halp???

I'm pretty sure this is set up to run at login, so if you head into System Preferences > Accounts > Login Items, you can delete it from the list by selecting it and clicking the minus button.
