Am currently running the SPSS Grad Pack v18 and have juts updated my OS from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion.
Previously this installation of SPSS came with an "image rendering error" when viewing the output files for analyses. This was fixed in my previous OS using the workaround posted at;
SPSS on Lion « Decorator Pattern
This previously worked well with Snow Leopard but doesn't appear to be working with Mountain Lion.
The error message
I get to the last command;
Paul-Storys-MacBook-2:lib PaulStory$ sudo cp -p /Applications/SPSSInc/SPSSpatch/libspssjvm.dylib libspssjvm.dylib .
and get the error message
cp: ./libspssjvm.dylib and libspssjvm.dylib are identical (not copied).
even though I think I have followed the instructions to the letter. Clearly I'm doing something wrong but juts can't see it.
Can anyone suggest a fix?
If not, how do I roll my OS back to Snow Leopard. have tried simply reinstalling the OS but it won't let me. Appreciate any assistance
