Pretty much what it says in the title. I'm wanting to keep an eye on the CPU temperature in my old (and possibly failing) Mac Pro 3,1 running El Capitan, and I wondered if anyone could point me at a suitable (legacy) app for this purpose. If it happened to enable fan control as well, that would be nice too!

Relevant version now installed and working - thank you, @chscag!

Screengrab of what's happening in my machine. Intrigued that CPU B Core 0 is running slightly hotter than the others. More interested that Slots 1 and 2 on Memory Riser A (the upper one - and hot air will rise!) are running significantly hotter than ambient - and that there don't appear to be any sensors present on Riser B, Slots 1 and 2. Not sure whether or not this is a cause for concern. I guess if the system thought it was an issue, it would crank that fan up, wouldn't it?
