Uninstalling SSD Fan Control

The first thing you should do to uninstall any utility or application which makes changes to the system, is look for uninstall instructions on the developer's web site. Did you do that?

Also, if you're wanting to change or get rid of any settings it may have set and left behind that you don't want, you'll need to run the SMC and probably NVRAM Resets:
