4 cats + iPhone = trouble. Cat stepped on my phone and the Wallet App has disappeared. I went to App Store hoping that opening the app from there would restore the icon, but no luck. How to get this icon back please? I'd rather not use a back-up if I don't have to, as I'll lose a bunch of things. TIA

It should still be in the App Library in the Finance folder.

Ok, swipe to the left until you get to the App Library. It's there. Find the Finance block and top on the lower right corner of that block to open the page to all the Finance apps. Wallet will be there. You can hold it until shakes and drag it back to where it was.

Honest, I don't have App Library. I think I purposely deleted it when I got this phone. There's no App Library, and no Finance block. I got rid of it because it kept re-arranging my apps.

You cannot do that. The App Library is part of the OS, and is not removable. So, you HAVE an App Library. Swipe to the left until the last "dot" on the bottom of the Home screen is lit, then swipe left one more time. That is where the App Library is. If it's not there, you have more serious problems than just the Wallet being missing.

I have swiped left as far as one can swipe - there is NO App Library. When I tape "customize" there is no option to add App Library.

I think, if that screenshot is your last page, you swiped in the wrong direction. Swipe from Right TO Left.

Well today is my day for feeling like a total idiot. I couldn't tell my right from my left as a kid, and apparently I still can't! Thank you all for your patience with my stupidity and for solving this for me.

As I tell people with this "problem", it's the "other left". :)

When I taught first grade, I was saying this at least once a day, but to my students! :ROFLMAO: Thank you for your understanding.

True story: I also get L-R mixed up. As a navigator in aircraft, that is a fairly critical thing! One pilot told gave me a set of gloves with L and R on them, told me to just point where I wanted him to go and read the glove to him. (Didn't help, but hey, it was unique!)

Oh my word that's as confusing as swiping! The only way I can tell is looking at my wedding ring, but it doesn't help with swiping! Thanks for the chuckle!

Glad you found it in the end rainbowcat, We knew it was there:). I have found that if I cannot locate an app on my desktops and I look it up with the Search Bar in Library, a long press will give me the option to place it on the desktop unless it's already there. If so I know I just have to look harder. As for cats and computers (iPhones/iPads too). Screen Shot 2021-05-30 at 11.30.20 am.png

Kinda sums it up for me.
