Is there any way to identify who (ie which site) loaded a cookie or, probably, cookies and when they were loaded? Looking at cookies in Safari just shows a cookie name and an extension. And I see cookies for sites I haven’t accessed. I’d like to delete cookies for sites I’ve no interest in.

I guess I could delete all cookies then check cookies after I accessed a site to determine which cookies that site loaded but I think that could be a real PITA.

Thanks

The cookie name provides some info, but any site you visit will access other sites which will load its own cookies as well.

If you are worried about cookies, you have a couple of options, prevent them which will have quite a significant impact on how the site will behave. Second option is to just routinely delete cookies and deal with those consequences as they arise.
