Spelling is wrong. Drop the final "l" and just make it plist.

EDIT: Nevermind, I see you found it.

I think the solution to your keyboard problem is to put that one aside and use either your USB model or purchase another.

It appears the keyboard may also be broken. It can't be paired and some number keys are not working. Probably a hardware defect.

Just my opinion though. If you want to continue doing battle with it, press on.
