Transfer of iTunes Library to Clean Install of Mojave

I've just done a clean install of Mojave on my Mac Mini and in the process of transferring the old iTunes library to the clean machine. So far I've replaced the Music/iTunes folder with the old library of CDs but what else do I have to do? So far opening iTunes reveals nothing.

You can't just copy over the media, you have to copy over the entire iTunes folder which includes the library (the .itl file) and other support files such as artwork. Start again - copy the entire iTunes folder from your previous OS to the Mini ('replace' when it asks), and only then launch iTunes.
